  • Are you postponing Summit due to the COVID-19 virus?
    Yes, we have made the difficult decision to postpone BTR Summit 2020 to June 15-17, 2021 due to COVID-19, in accordance with the CDC, WHO and other health authorities. Although this decision was difficult, we believe it is unavoidable in order to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
  •  How are registration credits being handled?
    We will automatically be rolling your registration over to 2021. If you are unsure of your availability in 2021 or have questions, please reach out to btrsummit@bentechre.com
  • How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
    If you booked through the BTR room block at The Jacquard, we will take care of canceling your room for you. If you booked at a different property, you will need to contact them to cancel your room.
  • How do I cancel my flight?
    Please contact your airline to discuss how to cancel your flight.
  • Are you hosting a virtual event?
    We are exploring other ways for our community to come together virtually. Stay tuned for more information!
  • I’m a sponsor – how are sponsorship fees being handled?
    You should have received communications from a team member at BTR in regards to sponsorship. If you have any questions, please reach out to klemieux@bentechre.com.
