Jennifer has served as the Assistant Vice President of Employee Benefits at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana since 2013. Jennifer and her team create the strategy, implementation, administration of the employee benefits programs which include retirement, health and welfare, and wellbeing.
Prior to joining Ivy Tech, Jennifer worked in the Human Resources field in the transportation industry with Republic Airways and Vanguard Services, Inc. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration from Butler University, and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
After joining Paylocity in 2007, Michael began a national expansion strategy as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2017, Michael assumed his current role as President & COO. In this role, Michael oversees Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Michael is responsible for aligning go to market sales and marketing activities with Paylocity’s operational teams who are focused on delivering an industry leading implementation and service experience to their customers across the country.
A native of Michigan, Michael did his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, where he earned his degree in marketing and finance.
Bob is Senior Regulatory & Public Policy Analyst and a Principal at Benefit Comply, LLC, an employee benefits compliance consulting firm headquartered in St. Paul, MN.
He has over 30 years’ experience helping employers deal with issues such as the ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA and has authored numerous compliance related articles and publications.
Prior to his tenure at Benefit Comply Bob served in number of compliance management and consulting roles including founding and serving as President of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm. Bob has also been a featured speaker at seminars and webinars nationwide.
