Phillip Goodrum

President and CEO

Phillip is President and CEO of iBTR and serves on the Board of Directors. Under Phillip’s leadership, iBTR has grown into the industry’s most recognized HR tech consulting firm supporting high-performing employers with Benefits Technology, Employee Engagement, and Consulting services.

Phillip holds a degree from the University of Tennessee and has an MBA from the Jack C. Massey School of Business at Belmont University. Phillip and his wife reside in Charlotte, NC with their five children.

Kate Taylor

COO, Technology

Kate leads the HR Tech Consulting and Benefit Administration business units at iBTR.  She is devoted to simplifying the HR & Benefits technology experience for the workforces her teams serve. Kate has successfully developed and led the benefits administration division since its inception in 2010 and has worked in HR Tech, specifically benefits administration, for over 14 years.

Kate serves on several Advisory Boards for industry-leading benefits administration platforms and manages relationships with key industry networks. She holds a master’s in Health Sciences along with her Florida license in Health, Life, and Annuities. Kate lives in the Florida Panhandle with her husband and two children.

Derek Buckowsky

Principal

Derek serves as Principal of iBTR. He focuses primarily on new business sales development, bringing iBTR products and services to employers in the HR Technology market. Derek has worked in the insurance business for over 20 years, with over 12 years in the middle and large market insurance brokerage services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College. Derek and his wife live in Charlotte, NC with their three children.

Annie Hardman

Executive VP of Finance/Controller

Annie serves as EVP of Finance, Controller for iBTR. Annie comes to iBTR with 10+ years of experience in Finance. Based in the Healthcare hub of Nashville, TN, Annie has worked primarily in the Healthcare Finance field. Before coming to iBTR Annie worked for a regional firm in outsourced accounting specializing in project management & client implementation.

Annie went to the University of Middle Tennessee earning a degree in Business Administration, Accounting. She currently lives in Nashville, TN. During her free time, Annie enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with family.

Greg Hodges

Strategic Advisor

Greg serves as Strategic Advisor to the iBTR Board of Directors and Executive team. Before joining iBTR in 2022, he served as Co-CEO of Hodges-Mace, LLC, a national benefits administration and communication firm that was acquired by Alight Solutions. At Hodges-Mace, Greg led the company’s business development and strategic planning efforts, working closely with senior managers to cultivate services and solutions that helped Hodges-Mace become an industry leader in employee benefits delivery.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary.  He and his wife reside in Atlanta, GA with their three children.

Carli Meyer

Executive VP, HR Tech Consulting

Carli serves as the Executive, Vice President of HR Tech Consulting at iBTR. She and her team equip HR professionals for digital HR work by providing superior service and expertise for the Human Capital Management (HCM) Ecosystem. Carli has 20+ years experience in HCM solutions and management, as well as Sales and Marketing, and Employee Benefits Management. Before joining iBTR, Carli served as the Founder and CEO of RevTech Consulting, LLC, an industry-leading technology consulting firm supporting employers and brokers for consulting and service on HR Tech objectives.

Carli is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She and her husband, Paul III, enjoy spending all their spare time with their three children; Cameron, Sophie, and Paul IV (aka Bubby).

Megan Linneen

Sales Executive

Megan serves as Sales Executive for iBTR. She focuses on helping employers navigate through the hoops of HR technology, benefits administration, and employee engagement, to successfully deliver their benefits strategy. Prior to iBTR, Megan worked for an insurance broker and was instrumental in helping grow their internal technology division. She excels at practical HCM consulting as well as building and servicing benefit administration systems.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science from Centre College. She resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Conor.

Jeana Parker

Director, Technology

Jeana serves iBTR as the Director of Technology. Jeana focuses on client success by directing the Technology Center’s operation and procedure, implementing best practices for overall client experience as well as assisting managers with team growth and scalability. Jeana brings to iBTR 21 years of experience in Benefits Administration with a majority focus on leadership of Client Services teams.

Jeana received her Associate’s Degree in Business Technology and Administration from Utah Valley University.

She lives in Utah with her husband and enjoys playing with her grandchildren, camping, and off-roading in her Can-Am Commander.

Derrill Synder

VP, Sales

Derrill serves as the Vice President of Sales for iBTR. She focuses on guiding employers to craft and deploy a benefits strategy that improves bottom-line spend and employee engagement. Derrill has worked in the industry for 15 years and has a strong background in counselor-assisted solutions, benefits administration technologies, as well as ancillary and worksite benefits. Before joining iBTR, Derrill was a sales executive for Alight Solutions as well as a Principal for Hodges-Mace, which is now Alight Solutions.

Derrill lives in Columbus, OH with her husband and their three children. When not working, you can find Derrill shuttling kids to activities in her swagger wagon and sneaking in some reading time in between.

Craig Rowe

VP, Sales

Craig serves as Vice President, Sales for iBTR. He supports iBTR sales team with a focus on administration and employee engagement. Craig is a seasoned sales leader bringing to iBTR over 26 years experience in the employee benefits market, with a specialty in human resources and employee benefit solutions. Prior to iBTR, he served as a Sales VP for Willis of North America, focusing on employee benefit solutions, revenue growth, business development, marketing, account management, CRM tools, training, and customer service.

Don’t let the British accent fool you. Craig was born in The Philippines and moved to England when he was 18. He has lived all over the world and now happily calls Franklin, TN home. When he’s not on the golf course, Craig loves spending time at home with his wife, Karen, and two children, Kendall and Christopher, and is happiest either grilling on the deck or coaching his kids’ soccer teams.

Lexi Massengale

Employee Engagement Practice Leader

Lexi serves as Employee Engagement Practice Leader leading iBTR’s Employee Engagement division. Her team focuses on delivering a premium employee experience and driving operational excellence. Lexi has 10+ years of experience helping clients and broker partners with employee engagement, specifically around counselor-assisted enrollment solutions, project management, and developing key customer relationships.

Lexi went to the University of Alabama earning a degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and Great Pyrenees dog. During her free time, Lexi enjoys traveling, trips to the dog park, and trying new restaurants in the Atlanta area.

Concetta Burns-Ramsey

Division Manager – Employee Navigator

Concetta leads and manages iBTR’s Employee Navigator Division.  For seven years, she has project managed implementations and ongoing benefits administration integrations for iBTR clients.  Concetta gives personal care and attention to each of her clients and is passionate about providing superior client service.  Concetta brings to iBTR over 20-years’ experience in benefit administration, project management and configuration of electronic data interchange. Concetta studied Accounting at Fayetteville State University; Human Resources Management at Park University and obtained her Masters Degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University.

Concetta lives in Charleston, South Carolina and the proud parent of three children and one adorable granddaughter.  When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time serving in her community and spending time with her goddaughter and granddaughter.

Nikki Talley

Director of Client Services, Technology Division

Nikki leads iBTR’s bswift Division and has been instrumental in building and managing the bswift team and its processes over the last ten years. She is passionate about delivering quality, custom benefit administration solutions and superior service. With over 14 years in the benefits industry, Nikki is an expert in benefit technology and EDI.

Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Utah Valley University. She lives in Utah with her husband and two children.
