As Executive VP, of Consulting at iBTR Carli works to build and support our clients in the HCM Ecosystem. Experiences have been in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and management, Sales and Marketing, and Employee Benefits Management; with 20+ years of HCM technology experience where she started after graduating from the University of Tennessee. Recently Carli was the Founder and CEO of RevTech Consulting, LLC, a technology consulting firm for over 5 years. She is excited to continue her success and mission here at iBTR.
She is supported by her husband, Paul, and enjoys spending all her spare time with her three children; Cameron, Sophie, and Paul IV(aka Bubby).
