Amy Wilson
HR Technology Consultant

Amy works with BTR brokers to assist clients in creating more efficient HR department strategies. She is committed to strong partnerships, communication and is passionate about helping clients streamline processes and gain efficiencies with their current vendors and helping them find new HR technology solutions to meet their needs. Amy has spent over 20 years leading implementations and providing ongoing support for several major technology platforms.  Amy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Drake University.

 

Adrienne Halpert
Communications & Data Coordinator

Adrienne supports both the BTR Consulting & BTR Extend teams by managing Broker, Client and Internal requests as well as managing partner data. She has over five years of experience in HR focusing on recruitment and designing employee onboarding programs.  She is particularly passionate about employee engagement and how technology plays a role to transform the employee experience. Adrienne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University.

 

Betsy Kamler, PHR
Sr. HR Technology Consultant

Betsy supports BTR brokers and their clients to obtain the most comprehensive HR technology solution while assisting with vendor relations and support.  She is committed to strong partnerships and providing the highest level of customer service.  She has over 15 years experience in the employee benefits broker industry.  Her background includes human resource management, benefit and wellness compliance, employee engagement, HCM vendor management and benefit administration platform implementation.  Betsy earned her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.

 

Catalina Reyes
HR Technology Analyst

Catalina supports the Consulting division in establishing and managing the Client and Broker relationship through the project life cycle and beyond. She brings unique experience to BTR from her work with collegiate football and NBA teams in player operations, brand partnerships, and administration. Communication, collaboration, and organization have been at the heart of her work since earning her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Virginia Tech with an emphasis in HR Management.

 

Hana El-Amin
HR Technology Project Manager

Hana supports and facilitates broker and vendor relations.  She is passionate about relieving the daily hardships of HR and payroll professionals through automation and optimized efficiencies, with an emphasis on client satisfaction.  Hana has spent ten years in the payroll industry where she managed and maintained full-cycle payroll processes and time management, specializing in analytics.  She has her bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY College at Buffalo State.  Hana holds her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) designations.

 

Morgan Jeffers
HR Technology Project Manager

Morgan supports BTR and clients by establishing strong communication and maintaining timelines to successfully meet project goals. She has spent nearly 10 years leading project implementations in multiple arenas: grant management, mental health, and case management. Morgan utilizes her diverse experience to identify clients’ strengths and adapt to their needs. She is passionate about collaboration and diversity leading to innovation and success. Morgan obtained her Bachelor’s from the University South Florida, and has earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida and in Emergency Management from Capella University.

 

Samantha Bates
HR Technology Project Manager

Samantha supports one of BTR’s prominent national advisor relationships.  She is a tenured HR professional with over 10 years of experience in managing payroll, customer service, leadership, and financial accounting. Her wealth of knowledge across the industry allows her to bring a true consultative approach to any engagement to maximize technology’s return on investment for her clients.  Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management, from Strayer University.

 

Theresa Kuta
HR Technology Project Manager

Theresa is responsible for carrying out all aspects of HR Technology projects from conception to execution and feedback.  She joined BTR two years ago, after having served in account management and employee benefit administration at a national broker.  Theresa has a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA in HR Management and is dedicated to working alongside her team to ensure all project milestones are met.

 

Therese Tomasek
Consulting Operations & Vendor Manager

Therese supports BTR as the consulting operations and vendor manager. She focuses on leading operational efficiencies for the consulting division as well as developing and growing BTR’s partner relationships. She is committed to improving and implementing solution-focused initiatives to adjust to a changing market and client needs. Therese brings to the team several years of experience in HR focusing on process improvement, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.
