HR Technology Consultant
Jessica supports clients’ HR technology projects for BTR’s key advisor relationships. She leverages over six years of experience in technology project management, benefits consulting, and data analytics to successfully “meet clients where they are” during their technology transformation journeys. Her vast knowledge of the industry, both domestic and globally, allows her to successfully guide organizations of all sizes and industries to a more strategic technology state. Jessica is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute in 2020 and is an active member of the Chattanooga PMI Chapter.
