Laura Watson
HR Manager

Laura supports BTR as the HR Manager. Laura brings over 20 years of experience in human resources with many of those years being a one-person HR department. She has the unique experience of working for two startup companies where she built the HR department from the ground up. Laura has experience in all aspects of HR but is most passionate about being an advocate for the company’s most valuable asset - its employees. Laura graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with her a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.


Reyna Bryant
Manager, Finance Administration

Reyna manages the invoicing and finalizes contracts for BTR’s Benefits Administration division.  She loves that her role gives her a birds-eye view into the different teams allowing her to offer meaningful insight to help support the division. She has a passion for collaboration, teamwork, and productivity. She has several years of experience working with finance, data and analytics, and takes pride in her efficiency, organization, and problem-solving skills.  Reyna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and obtained her Master’s in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University.


Ashley Kirasich
Operations Manager

Ashley oversees the BTR Operations team along with company-wide process improvement initiatives and aids the team in delivering top-notch engagement experiences for brokers, clients, and vendors.  She understands that streamlining operations and increasing productivity are critical components of BTR’s scalable growth and success.  Ashley finds developing and implementing collaborative, innovative solutions to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.  She brings has over 14 years of project management experience, seven of which came from her time with the BTR Consulting Team.  Ashley received her bachelor’s from the University of South Florida.


Amber Chadwell
Operations Services Specialist

Amber provides administrative and operational support across all departments within BTR.  She has over 14 years of experience working with organizations across a wide range of industries providing tactical and strategic support.  Amber strives to produce long-lasting, multidimensional success in all areas of business operations and HR administration.


Shellie Bailey
Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Shellie handles a multitude of operational and creative projects within BTR.  She enjoys being a part of a collaborative team and participating in the growth of BTR. Shellie has over six years of experience in HR/Benefits and over 15 years in administration roles.  Shellie received her bachelor’s from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.


Kristina Chavez
Business Development Manager

Kristina manages Business Development for the BTR Extend Division. She excels in analyzing and translating broker and client needs into process improvements and strategic growth. Kristina enjoys building strong broker relationships and providing clients with consultative guidance on solutions to meet HR technology needs. She brings over 17 years of experience in the employee benefits industry from her time working with Benefits Administration platforms, seven of which have been BTR resources. Kristina received her Bachelor’s in Business Management and her Master’s in Marketing with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Canisius College.


Holli Brummett
Business Development Coordinator

Holli Brummett supports BTR as the Business Development Coordinator, focusing on new opportunities and business development for the BTR Extend Division. Holli brings to the team several years of Benefits Administration experience on multiple systems, working with broker teams as well as employers across many industries, including manufacturing, school districts, hospital systems, and more. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has earned the Registered Employee Benefits Certification through the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).


Megan Smith
Business Development Manager

Megan supports BTR as the Business Development Manager for both the BTR Extend and Consulting Divisions. She enjoys working with the broader team at BTR to bring value and service to clients in many industries. Megan brings several years’ experience to the team from her time working in the broker world as a leader for an internal HR Technology Division. Megan excels at practical HCM consulting as well as building and servicing benefit administration systems. Megan holds a Life, Accident, & Sickness License, and is both Benefit Technology Certified, as well as Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Certified with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). She received her B.S. in Economics and Finance from Centre College and is a proud Member of the Advisor Collective.
