Megan manages the day-to-day communication and service for BTR Extend clients. She understands the importance of having the best end-user experience and strives to deliver superior service and support to all her clients. Megan spent 10 years working in Human Resources with a focus in employee management, benefits administration, data management, and payroll. Megan studied at the University of Cincinnati and received her certificate in Rehabilitative Supportive Employment.
