Jannette coordinates BTR’s solution provider relationships and supports operational efficiencies for the Consulting Division. She has over 20 years of experience in project management, contract administration, process improvements, and new technology implementations. Because of her background and growth mindset, she easily adapts to the ever-changing HR technology solution provider landscape. Her support in vetting new technologies and managing critical intel directly translates to client success. Jannette holds her B.A. in Sociology from New Mexico State University and has certificates in Continuous Quality Improvements from SUNY-Buffalo.
