Sirena supports one of BTR’s prominent national advisor relationships. Her professionalism expands over 15 years, managing project implementations integrating HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Sirena enjoys helping clients understand the intricacies of HR Technology systems and assisting clients with identifying best practices and pragmatic workaround solutions. She genuinely enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the transformative nature of HR technology and information technology in general. She holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, and has a Master’s Degree in Information Science.
