She ensures her clients are taken care of with day-to-day questions and knows that teamwork is the foundation to creating a positive customer experience. She has 8 years of benefits experience within the healthcare industry and a strong 12-year foundation helping to serve and create positive customer experiences. Jessica received her Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Communications and Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
