Andrew has 15 years of experience, primarily in Finance and Strategy roles at investment banking and management consulting organizations. He leads the iBTR finance and accounting teams while also managing the benefit counselor teams and processes.
Andrew holds a degree in Finance from The Ohio State University where he was captain of the varsity lacrosse team and an MBA from Harvard University. He lives in Charlotte with his family, coaches middle school lacrosse, and is an active member of his church.
